    This was very good, and quite pretty, but with fiddly vegetable and parsley oil prep, a little too time consuming for a weeknight meal. I took some shortcuts to get it to table more quickly and added the lemon juice intended for the vegetables to the parsley oil as well to lift all of the flavours. This is one of the dishes featured on the book's cover.
