Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    8/2019 - This made about 3 servings of pancakes, silver-dollar sized. Note the original recipe includes an additional 1/3 cup water, which I left out and still had a pretty thin batter compared to what I’m used to. I used bob’s red mill cornmeal, which is pretty coarsely ground and sunk a bit - I’ll bet the cornmeal could use some sit time to hydrate more - it’d probably make the pancake batter thicker. Looking back, I think I'm interested in a blueberry pancake with FRESH corn flavor, with kernels cut from the cob? Hmm
