Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A note for anyone who is using jasmine rice instead of Arborio (St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow, I’m Irish, and I need to bring something to work) :) — it takes a lot longer. I think covering it and cooking at 350 and then dropping to 325 so it gets to a boil would make it go faster, but I discovered that about 2 hours in.
