    Very delicious! Warming & good. Perfect for a chilly evening! I added a bit of water when the plantains & pintos were simmering to avoid sticking. I kept the seeds in for my jalapeños because I like heat! I confess to eating a majority of the parsnip chips while the stew was simmering. Will repeat!
