    Wonderful. This is better than quiche, due to the quark. The pie is smooth and yummy, with a crisp filo edge. I will be using this again, and will experiment with variations on the fillings, although the recipe as written, using smoked fish and skinned broad beans worked a treat. It made a tasty main course, and an even better cold lunch the next day.
