Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I picked almost 60 pounds of plums from a neighbor's tree and was looking for different ways to preserve them. I didn't have good organic lemons, so I subbed lemon extract for the lemon zest. The jam turned sweet with a definite tart zing to it. Delicious. I think it will be lovely accompanied by some scones and clotted cream.
