    Can substitute Bijol seasoning, or turmeric for achiote paste; and canned tomatoes for tomatoes.

    I used 1/2 tsp of turmeric for this and it worked well. Overall good seasoning and good amount of vegetables. Lighter on the meat but that is a good thing. Might not repeat as there are better arroz con pollos out there but this is quite serviceable and a very easy one pot to do in a rice cooker.
