Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Herbed split pea soup with apple and coconut (Masala matar dal); Chopped spinach in smooth yogurt (Palak raita); Shredded cucumbers in smooth mint-flavored yogurt (Kheera raita) ; Mixed vegetable salad (Sabji salaad); Minty lemon-lime refresher (Podina nimbu pani)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
