Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    As already commented, a riff on MH's famous sauce. Some of my tomatoes seemed pretty seedy so I cooked the full 3 lbs for a bit to soften & then food milled about 1/2 before carrying on with the onion & butter etc. A full recipe gave me 4 x 1 cup portions to freeze & as expected, it is good :) And oh yes...I'm on team Merrill re: peeling being a worthwhile step at the beginning.
