    I like this method where the potatoes are cooked entirely on the stovetop compared to so many that use the oven (which was "busy" with last night's main). They were lovely & soft inside and super crisp on the outside. Fresh parsley also made for a nice finishing touch.

    These are nice, remind me of the crispy fried potatoes with herbs in Six Seasons. I had really baby potatoes, and to the original recipe suggestions I sprinkled chopped rosemary and dried garlic. Really yummy.
