    This was the perfect dressing for crispy greens served next to a cheesey, creamy main. A 1/2 recipe = great for 2 people ( ie a fridge life of 5 days & enough to serve salad for at least 2 dinners). With honey & shallots in addition to the lemon & mustard, this hit all my preferred flavour notes & is a definite repeat.
