Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I scaled this to 1/2 using a mix of grd beef & pork. With 1/2 of a beaten egg left from an earlier recipe I added a little extra salsa (& was already a little short on crumbs) which all worked well. I made 2 mini free form loaves and as she gives very simple topping/glaze ideas, I made my own from ketchup, a smooth (hot!) rst'd chipotle salsa, a little mustard + brown sugar, pouring it on before the oven. We both thought these were great and I am happy to have such a good use for the bottom of tortilla chip bags :)

    Really good meatloaf. Family loves it every time I make it. I like this version better than the meatball version of this from Simply Julia.
