    I won’t make these again, they were just ok. My kids ate two small ones and then stopped, as opposed to the insatiable pancake inhaling they normally do. They were very flat and eggy. I’ll be going back to the Serious Eats recipe.

    These are great pancakes, and have forced me to abandon my tried and true recipe of many years. They are a bit puffy, and crisp around the edges.
