    Loved it! One of the best fried chicken recipes I've tried! I was skeptical about the spicy honey, but it was really nice drizzled on when serving. I didn't totally follow the cooking technique - I shallow-fried it as instructed until golden brown, then finished it in a 350-deg. oven. This worked really well, and let me have the whole chicken finished at the same time.
