Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute shrimp or scallops for fish.

I used this on some pollack from the farmers market. It came out perfectly & was very flavorful! A great simple prep I’m sure I’ll do again.

This is delicious, and so forgiving. I didn’t have a shallot on hand, and had to sub basil for the parsley. We used halibut in the preparation and it was just that little bit crisp around the edges and the flavor was perfect. Served it alongside summer tomato pasta. A favorite meal.

Yum! We made this with cod and it was amazing. SO fast and weeknight-friendly, too. I'd like to try this with shrimp next and serve them over rice or pasta.

We really loved this treatment for fish. I used it on some nice cod and it was absolutely delicious. I can tell this is a recipe I will return to repeatedly.

Delicious! I made mahi mahi, and I am eager to try this with other fish, particularly salmon.
