Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I wasn’t able to buy toasted wheat germ, so proceeded without it and added a little extra whole-wheat flour to the sponge. My yeast went buck wild, so much so that I had to lower the rack in my Breville toaster oven. Also due to that, the top burnt a bit, but it still turned out great. Maybe the convection contributed as well. I’ll have to experiment in the future.
