    This is not really a negroni variation - there are endless rum negroni recipes which are more faithful to the original. Branding aside, this is a deeply delicious drink, rich with toffee and caramel and barrel flavours and brightened with the orange soda flavours of Aperol. Tempted to incorporate grapefruit bitters to heighten the lift provided by the twist.
