    Hardly very original, but still quite satisfying, and super quick and easy. The clever idea here is using refried beans, which thicken the soup without the need to puree anything. I used Gina's seasoning mix from this recipe: https://www.skinnytaste.com/crock-pot-chicken-taco-chili-4-pts/. Not so concerned with fat, I used 93% lean turkey (just 1 lb) and regular refried beans. Instead of Ro-tel and tomato sauce, I used a 14.5 oz can fire-roasted tomatoes plus a little leftover salsa. Topped with crushed tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
