    A massive amount of carrots & bean sprouts as per the recipe, so you’d have to be a very big fan of both! I’ve since varied this to halve the carrot/sprout quantity & added red capsicum & wombok to vary it a bit. Unlike many of Hetty’s recipes where the dressing seems to be too generous for the salad, this is perfect, so don’t skimp as it really makes the dish.
