    Absolutely terrific and super easy. Strong, clear peach flavour. I’ve made peach ice creams for years. It’s a very traditional flavour. Have never enjoyed the results before this. Eating this sorbet, I realize that what I’ve been searching for was a non-dairy sorbet that isn’t over sweet and where the peaches weren’t muddied by competing with the dairy.
