Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My husband loved this recipe! It has a balanced sweetness and is quick to cook. Make sure all your sides are prepped ahead! I missed that the maple syrup was divided when making the glaze, so it turned a bit taffy/candy like as I cooked it down. I made a note on the recipe in the book so I don't make that mistake again next time! *Edit - I made this a second time and used the addition of smoked paprika on P.209 of this book. Definitely will make again. Another hit!
