Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Wow! This is delicious whole grain bread. Some may find the pumpkin seeds inside the bread weird or distracting but I love the texture and taste. Most of the oatmeal it gets rolled in fell off the top, but stuck on the bottom and sides. I will definitely make this often. I think the dough would overwhelm my bread machine, so I’ll stick to the kitchenade mixer as written. Edited to add: not great for grilled cheese as the seeds taste kind of burnt, but toast is fine.
