    I've made a number of banana bread and banana muffin recipes but none of them taste like this. The dark brown sugar, dark rum, and bittersweet chocolate chips, combined with a tablespoon of vanilla and the nutty flavor of the flaxseed, combined to make this a decadent, moist bread flavored by the bananas (and I used very ripe ones) but not dominated by that flavor. Will definitely make this again.
