Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Wow! I’ve often thought that dirty rice is such a strong flavored dish that it would stand up to whole grains. I think it is even better. This will be something I make regularly. I used jasmine brown rice because it was in the pantry.
