    Suprisingly delicious. I didn't make any changes except for doubling the amount of pecans and throwing in a handful (or two) of dried cranberries. Served it as part of Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone really loved it, even my husband who doesn't care much for Brussels sprouts. Makes a huge amount of slaw, this could easily serve 10-12 people if it was not the only side dish. Next day leftovers taste great even though it is slightly wilted and the pecans are no longer crisp.
