EYB Comments
The bread needs 4+ hours to prove. The roast pork needs to marinate overnight and then cook for 8-9 hours. Can substitute brioche or challah rolls for the book's "Pan de media noche", and equal parts of lime juice and orange juice for sour orange juice.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
