    Can substitute cooked shredded turkey for cooked shredded chicken.

    I don’t always make the crust (which is excellent), but this is my go to filling recipe. Works well with rotisserie chicken. My only complaint is the suggestion to just dump the flour and liquid at the same time. Do yourself a favor and do the flour first and make somewhat of a roux with the butter from the vegetables. No sense in doing it the hard way.
