    A quick way to make a tasty chilli. I added an ancho chilli to the stock / soy / fish sauce combo and blitzed it once it had had a chance to soften and then used 1 jalapeño and some chilli powder. I could probably have gone hotter, but this produced a nice, mild chilli. I used just 1 x 400g/14oz can of tomatoes rather than 2 and was glad about that as I had to reduce the sauce quite a bit and ended up adding cornflour to thicken it up quickly.
