    Nice in theory but didn't really translate, at least for me. The sweet potatoes were far too soft to pick up, hold or work as a bun. Perhaps if you're using a fork, but then I have wonder what the point of faux bun would be and why not just eat with a fork without sweet potato added. I imagine they'd function a lot better taken to a crispier texture.
