    This is very simple and quite good. The recipe makes a large proportion of the mushroom/pepper relish in comparison to the fish but it was delicious. I used shiitakes as that is what we had, and it is possible that, had I used button mushrooms, the mushroom mixture would have cooked to a smaller volume. Leftover mushrooms and peppers were also good with eggs the next morning.

    Made this with Tarakihi instead of cod - very nice and a simple meal to make
