Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very quick and easy to put together, with all ingredients being things you are likely to have hanging around. I added an extra tablespoon of flour because I wasn't convinced they would hold together in the pan, but I'm not sure it really needed it. The yoghurt-mustard dip really lifted the basic fritters.
