    Good eggnog flavor, lightly crisp exterior, but somewhat heavy interior texture. They reminded me a little of breakfast buffet machine waffles. Maybe I blended the batter too long? Might try again, mixing the batter by hand. I got 6 round waffles plus a bonus small one.
