Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Will definitely make this version again. The dressing was light but flavourful. I liked the idea of tossing the steaming potatoes in vermouth and the dressing which made them so much more flavourful. Will make again

    I made a half recipe last night as dinner for 3 and it was a large portion. I made a few small changes. I don't like canned tuna so I grilled 3 small yellow fin tuna steaks and sliced them thinly. I didn't use the option capers and anchovies and I put a touch more lemon in the dressing. It was a hit for sure. The presentation was lovely and the flavours very nice. My young son also liked it, which is a win because salad and fish aren't tops on his list. Definitely a repeat. I might try a few other renditions as I note that the lettuce isn't a common addition and I'm curious to try one without. I did like the lettuce mind you!
