    Yum! The method of resting hot chickpeas in the dressing yielded delicious results! The chickpeas truly did soak up extra flavor, and made each bite tasty. Would try this method for all bean salads moving forward. For this particular dish it was good as is, but I wanted more! Added a few sprinkles of sumac and cumin, along with chopped dill and cucumber. Excellent
