Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very nice cauliflower preparation. I think the spices and mint could have been bumped by 1.5x. I opted to keep the garlic from the original recipe because we love garlic! My cauliflower don’t take as long to cook as the recipe states, but I really liked that first step of browning the cauliflower in a covered pan. Next time I’ll crank the heat for that first step to get some extra char, and shave some cook time off the back end.
