    Didn't make the tomato feta salad on this one, just the chicken. Overall it was good, but as is almost always the case with breast, I ask myself why I didn't use thigh meat when I'm eating it. Thighs are just juicier and despite being cooked to the correct temp I always find the breast a bit blah.
