    Loved this so much! Granted I used premium Piedmontese grass-fed beef tips, but the flavors were fantastic. I also added crimini mushrooms which had the best flavor of all the veggies. The marinade was great. I did have chermoula sauce for afterwards that just upped the flavor.

    We used sirloin and this was excellent. Marinated for closer to 3 hours. Nice and tender with a grey flavour that really compliments the beef. Definitely a repeat or us.
