Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very good and overall happy with my first try at spanakopita. Couldn’t find curly spinach, so used a mix of fresh baby spinach and arugula. The filling was wonderful but I just wish there was more of it. May increase next time. My phyllo was in pretty bad shape, but it still worked. The top layers curled up during baking. Not sure if this means I needed to brush with more oil or…?
