Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a very straightforward, quick-to-make (food processor) all butter dough. I did add a little extra ice water (around 2 tsp) & after 3 hours in the fridge (he suggests a minimum of 1) it easily rolled out into 1 large 10" x 14" sheet. As I was covering mini turkey pot pies destined for the freezer, I baked a scrap as a taste test and it is certainly flaky & crisp. My 1 issue is that my "pinch" of kosher salt could have been more generous
