Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I got some lovely pattypan squash at the Farmers' Market and made this ahead on Sunday to take to work for lunch a couple of times during the week. It did not seem to suffer one bit upon reheating. Really nice. I never did add the Parmesan. I really don't think it needed it. I would make this again.
