    We loved this soup and have it 4.5 stars and noted as soup to make again. Used only one can of coconut milk and it was enough for us and added one spoon of vegetable boullon.

    Easy, tasty. I halved the recipe and it worked well. Could almost cope with more coconut flavour - the full recipe might be slightly different I suppose. Similar colour to heinz tomato soup which plays havoc with your brain while you're eating it! Will do again as some soups can be a bit disappointing.
