Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a subrecipe as a component for a parfait. I pressed on regardless as I had a hankering for chocolate shortbread. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions, the end product was fairly unpleasant, both texturally & flavour-wise. Perhaps within the parfait it yields a better result...
