Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was disappointing. The ingredient list looked promising but it lacked flavor. The concept is good, so I’ll probably try this again, but next time I’ll double the salt, add a tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and increase the tomato paste to three tablespoons. After simmering the chicken and vegetables in the covered pan, remove them to the serving dish and then simmer the sauce by itself to thicken it before pouring it over the chicken and vegetables.
