Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was Valentine's dinner by request of my husband, and it was good. It did take me a while to get past the surprise of the Yucatecan flavors when your palate is expecting Italian (especially the bitterness of the achiote)- but we did enjoy this. (I would probably skip the citrus juice next time, as my home-made achiote has plenty already.)
