    A solid version of this dish. I made half of a recipe using boned in drumsticks hacked into pieces. The Korean store here used to sell drumsticks sawed neatly into slices, that would have been ideal to use for this, but unfortunately they no longer do that. Hacking the drumsticks myself resulted in a few bone splints, so next time I might just cook the drumsticks whole and cut slashes around them to let the flavor soaked in.
