    Chitra reminds me to put some beans on to soak for sprouts - this time it is chickpeas. I keep sprouts in the fridge to throw into any dish, from scrambled eggs to soups, and more in the freezer for those times I am caught short. Sprouted mung beans from the freezer make an excellent dal.
