    I made this on the stovetop. Next time I would poach the chicken in the broth first, then add the sweet potato so it doesn't disintegrate as much. Then I'd add the beans as suggested, a half hour before finishing the cooking. I had to add more broth periodically and I also added 1.5x the tomatillo salsa (I used the roasted tomatillo salsa from Trader Joe's). I'm sure the amount of salsa will vary by the spiciness you like and the type of salsa. Will definitely be making this again. Simple and delicious.
