Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This loaf/cake was enjoyed and the flavours were great but there were some shortcomings with this recipe. The recipe was too large for a standard loaf tin and I baked in 25cm round tin. I did not alter the suggested quantities in the recipe but I think the crumble requires more butter to bind it as it was quite loose.
