    Followed this loosely as had some sprouts, an apple and a home made mustardy vinaigrette to use up. Added some chopped nuts, and voila, a great slaw! Even sprout hating DH enjoyed this.

    I made the roasted Brussel sprout option that was listed. It uses everything but the kale. We enjoyed it very much!
