    Excellent, I cook these at Christmas instead of a big roast as we are a small family. You get all the fantastic xmas flavours without the hassle. I put them together in advance so they are ready to cook and serve with a rich madeira or port gravy. I use thin slices of pancetta instead of bacon and a pack of ready made pork, cranberry & chesnut stuffing. Also large, free range chicken breasts work equally well.
